Cost of college went up for all students at MyComputerCareer.edu-Columbus

Tuition and fees rose 5.3 percent for 2018-19 at MyComputerCareer.edu-Columbus, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Ohio students paid $19,351 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $981 more than the $18,370 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 89 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 368 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.9 million and 418 students took out student loans totaling more than $6.8 million.

Including all undergraduates (1,223), 879 students used grants or scholarships totaling $4.3 million, and 1,015 students took out $8.9 million in federal student loans.
