Today, RSC House Energy Action Team (HEAT) Chairman Rep. Troy Balderson expressed support for EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin's announcement to reconsider several EPA regulations.

In a statement, Rep. Balderson said, “Under the leadership of President Trump and Administrator Lee Zeldin, the EPA is taking desperately needed action to end the disastrous ‘Green New Deal’ and restore common sense to the agency’s regulatory regime." He further mentioned that revising rules such as the 'Waters of the United States' and overhauling regulations like the electric vehicle mandate and 'Clean Power Plan 2.0' would help in achieving energy dominance and economic prosperity while maintaining clean air and water.
