79.2% of Greene County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 167,043 citizens living in Greene County in 2021, 79.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 132,303 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 64,911 were male, constituting 49.1%, and 67,392 were female, making up 50.9%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Greene County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 77.7%.
