City of Delaware issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
CSX railroad will be making repairs at the Curtis Street crossing, just south of Firestone Drive. Curtis Street will be closed Feb. 28 to March 3. Access to Firestone Drive will be maintained from William Street.
