County of Delaware recently issued the following announcement.
Did you know that on April 8, 2024, Delaware County will be on the path for a total solar eclipse? In our area, the full eclipse will last about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, starting at
3:11 p.m. A wide variety of agencies and organizations (here and throughout the state) are already meeting to start planning for the impact this event will have. We'll keep you
posted -- but, in the meantime, start getting ready for a lot of visitors 823 days from now!
