DELAWARE COUNTY, OHIO, SHERIFF'S OFFICE: COVID-19 Vaccine Scam

Delaware County, OHIO, Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Dec. 31.

The Sheriff's Office received notification from the FBI regarding several COVID-19 vaccine scams that have recently occurred. Victims of the scams have received unsolicited calls, emails, social media messages/advertisements, and/or mail requesting payment or personal information to determine the person's eligibility for the vaccine or to be put on a waiting list. Never give out personal information or money to anyone you don't know or haven't first verified.
