Delaware County, OHIO, Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Oct. 4.
A veteran deputy (far right, top photo) took a moment at the end of shift to discuss and review the field sobriety test skills of two newer deputies.
These rookies are in their field training phase and had just finished an OVI stop, under the leadership of their trainer. The best trainers teach, practice, provide feedback, encourage – and repeat.
