On Sunday, April 27, former Rutherford B. Hayes High School standout Kamilla Slayton’s current college team, the Fairmont State Fighting Falcons, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at UC Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Fighting Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at 12 p.m. at Moyer Sports Complex against Charleston Golden Eagles.
