Have an aspiring young writer? Join Friends of the DCDL and Steve Harpster, comic book author and children’s educational presenter, as your kids write, illustrate, and publish their own books. Scholarships for this program are also available!Mr. Harpster will provide personalized guidance for children in the development of their own published books. Each child will receive a professionally bound book with a duplicate copy added to the Delaware County District Library collection!Two sessions will take place on Saturday, March 11:
