City of Delaware, Ohio - Government issued the following announcement on Sept. 30.
City staff has developed a Complete Streets policy for City Council’s approval. Complete Streets are roadways designed to safely and comfortably accommodate various roadway uses. Examples include designated bikeways, bike lanes, accessible streets, intersection improvements, bike parking etc. The policy before Council does not mandate any specific measure.
