City of Delaware, Ohio - Government issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
"Little Brown Jug Way" was formally unveiled along Pennsylvania Avenue over the weekend by Council Member Chris Jones, whose 1st Ward includes much of the Delaware County Fairgrounds, and by Tom Wright, President of the Delaware County Agricultural Society Board, who did the honors.
