Troy Road will close to traffic May 31-June 13 so a storm water culvert and a sanitary sewer line can be installed under the road. The work is related to the Park View development project. The posted detour routes will include Pennsylvania Avenue, US 23 and Hills Miller Road.
All Smith Park entrances are still open using Hills Miller Rd. to Troy Rd. Also, local traffic can still access Hickory Ln. and Eastwood Ave. from Troy Rd.
During construction activity the multi use path adjacent to the road closure area will also be closed but will reopen after work hours each day.
