City of Powell recently issued the following announcement.
Enjoy strolling the streets of downtown Powell while experiencing chocolate from participating establishments, listening to live jazz musicians (located at Hall Street & Olentangy Street and 44 North Liberty Street) and exploring downtown by horse-drawn carriage.
Registration is not required for this event; however, we are requesting guests reserve a space for the horse-drawn carriage ride. Groups will enjoy a 10-15 minute ride through historic downtown Powell. Pick up and drop off will be located in the city's Municipal Building Parking Lot, 47 Hall Street.
