The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Rob The Honora Portman, Portman for Senate Committee, refunded $2,800 to Brandon Fabris on Feb. 2, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Portman for Senate Committee has refunded $6,310 total since Sept. 1, 2020.
