Rob The Honora Portman's campaign committee refunds $5,400 to Andrew O. Smith

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Rob The Honora Portman, Portman for Senate Committee, refunded $5,400 to Andrew O. Smith on March 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Portman for Senate Committee has refunded $1,891,610 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
