Delaware County Review

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Rob The Honora Portman, Portman for Senate Committee, refunded $2,000 to David J. Heller on Aug. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Portman for Senate Committee has refunded $1,937,170 total since March 1.
