Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.
Mark Johnson, President and CEO of The First Citizens National Bank, has announced the planned opening of a branch office at the corner of W. William Street and S. Franklin Street in Delaware, Ohio. The branch is expected to open in March 2021, followed by a major expansion to the building.
