The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Alaina Shearer, Alaina Shearer for Congress, refunded $500 to Martin Kress on April 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Alaina Shearer for Congress refunded $6,900 total since November 1, 2019.
